- Go to our site at https://www.bihira.com/
- Located at the top right in the site's navigation, click on the link that says Members.
- If you aren't already logged in to our Client Area, you'll be presented with a form to login.
- Once logged in, go to the client area navigation and click on the link Services > My Services.
- In the products and services table, click on the desired row of the hosting service that you will be adding a new domain.
- Under the "Actions" section , click on the link that says Login to cPanel.
- In the new page, go to "Software" section, click on the button MultiPHP INI Editor.
- You'll now have two tabs to choose from "Basic Mode" and "Editor Mode". The "Basic Mode" section of this interface loads directive values from PHP's most commonly changed parameters with an intuitive fillable form. The "Editor Mode" will allow an advanced editing of the php.ini file for parameters not listed . In most cases, it is recommended to use "Basic Mode" and the rest of this knowledgebase article will be for this tab.
Please be aware, that once you used "Editor Mode" to modify your php.ini, we no longer recommend using "Basic Mode" as it is possible you may reset your php.ini to the most common PHP parameters, wiping any custom PHP parameters and values you have may changed before. - Select the location that you wish to configure from the menu. You can edit either the account's home directory (which affects all sites in your hosting account that don't have their own custom php.ini) or the domain's document root (which will give only this domain its own custom php.ini). Once selected, the PHP directives will appear.
- Modify the PHP values as desired and then click on the button "Apply".
- Notice the green alert in the top right that states "Success: Successfully applied the settings.". Please be aware this alert will only last temporarily.
